ELECTRIC TRUCKS: RENAULT TRUCKS Z.E. RANGE WINS AN "ENVIRONMENTAL CARE" AWARD IN GERMANY
Renault Trucks has won the "Environmental Care - Manufacturer" VR Award, granted by the German magazine VerkehrsRundschau, for its 100% electric Z.E. range.
The VR Awards, granted by the magazine VerkehrsRundschau, honour manufacturers, transport and logistics professionals who have distinguished themselves in the fields of the environment, digital technology or training.
At the second edition of the VR Awards, held on 6th February 2020 in Munich, Renault Trucks won the " Environmental Care – Manufacturer" VR Award for its Z.E. electric truck range.
Frédéric Ruesche, Managing Director of Renault Trucks Germany stated: “Renault Trucks is putting electric mobility at the heart of its strategy and has deployed significant research and development resources in this sector. We are proud that our electric trucks, now in series production, contribute to improving the quality of life in city centres.”

Renault Trucks D and D Wide Z.E. are produced at the manufacturer’s plant in Blainville-sur-Orne (Calvados, France).
